iTeachumac is my company.  I did this part-time for 4 years and now full-time for the last 10 years.  My oldest client is 93 years old but I have clients as young as 12 and enjoy working with individuals at many different stages of life as well some very interesting Small Business Owners. 

While I occasionally employ the talents of other enthused associates, it is usually me that you will be working with and learning from. My colleagues and I specialize in helping you to "fall in love with" and get the most out of your Apple Devices, Apple Computers and associated technology.   I've been a tried and true Apple user and fan for over 30 years and believe that there is no better operating system nor hardware available - Apple products "just work" which makes them reliable, creative and fun!  I strongly believe in experiential learning - with Apple products, once you understand the basics, you're set to be able to touch, click and tap while continually learning - there is not a lot that can go wrong, which is what makes it so much fun and so easy to use.  You'll fall in love in no time!

I live in Burlington, Ontario with my adorable Shi-Poo Puppy. I fostered three puppy mill rescued puppies for the local HSPCA in the fall of 2023, fell in love and ended up keeping “Tabitha”. She has been an amusing and cuddly companion over the last year. I live by myself as my husband of 33 years, John, died (0f Mesothelioma) in 2021 just as we were coming out of COVID. 2021 was a very difficult year and I lost touch with many of my clients - thankfully, I have good relationships with so many and I was blessed to have clients there to support and reach out to me over the last few difficult years as I have found my footing. (Thank You!).  We have 2 interesting adult Children, both successful individuals that are team players, passionate about their interests.

When I am not replying to or working with clients, I volunteer within the community, rescue animals, make "to do" lists, think about how I am going to tidy up the house (!), "Felt" all manner of things with wool (my creative passion) and represent/sell one-of-a-kind items via my other business moniker; "Troodles 'n Trinkets"!
